  • Identification & contact: name, email, country/time zone, social handle (if you contact via WhatsApp/Instagram).

  • Training context: experience level, goals, availability, equipment, injuries (if provided by you).

  • Usage & analytics: pages viewed, device, approximate location (via cookies/analytics).

  • Messages & files: information you submit through forms or by email/WhatsApp (e.g., progress updates, videos).

We do not intentionally collect special categories of data (health diagnoses, religion, etc.). If you volunteer such data, we process it only to deliver the coaching you requested.

We use trusted service providers (data processors) to run this website and deliver online coaching, for example:
